Hi team, the portal setting is Enable Email to Authorized Users After New Onboarding Submission.

There is an alert. You just need to turn it on. I get an alert when a new hire submits his packet. It goes out our office manager, HR, and IT. I don't recall how we turned it on but CHAT may help with that?
Yes, alerts are needed when all tasks are complete too!
