This would inform the user of any errors related to the upload. Currently if the user uploads it will take it. However, the ImportID cannot be found if there is an error in the file. Something such as a negative number would cause an issue. However, the User does not know that unless they try to look for that issue or comb through the files and figure out what the issue may be. That is a lot to do and try.
