Many of our field employees do not have access to their email while on the jobsite. They have flip phones or do not have a signal. An admin employee enters their Visa transactions in the portal. When transactions are rejected, the admin has no visibility of the reason. It would help if we had an option to send the rejection notices to a different email address.
