FM Mobile - Multi-Job Timecards

1. Multi-Job Timesheet – Develop a multi time sheet job for the FM Mobile App

   1. Often companies have crews that by the nature of their work vista multiple projects/jobs per day. Examples may be:

      1. Traffic Control

      2. Milling Operations

      3. Paving Operations

      4. Job Costed Supervisors (i.e., Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents)

      5. Quality Control Technicians

      6. Dump Truck Drivers

      7. Flatbed Drivers

      8. Delivery Truck Drivers

      9. Surveyors

      10. Flatwork Crews (i.e., curb, sidewalk, concrete ramps)

   2. It is very laborious to have to setup and configure multiple cards for each project. Currently, crews are used to having the ability to input one timecard for multiple jobs.

      1. This could setup multiple field tickets using the same notes.

   3. Note: It is interesting that the columns in the Field Ticket App already display the project, phased, and production as columns headers. The ability to modify these to represent the projects that you need would be a huge time saver and has been request during testing with field supervisors and managers.

   4. Also, this should be a parameter that can be turned on or off. Some companies disparately need this function, other companies may have a need for more control.
