Field Ticket Dashboard – Additional Filtering and Sorting
Add the ability to filter/sort by one or more project managers associated with the job.
Add the ability to filter/sort by Vista’s JC Department(s)
Have the ability to customize and or save filtering configurations.
Often the review and/or approver of a Field Ticket is a member of the project manager’s team and not the manager themselves. Many times, there is an administrator that covers several managers.
Filtering by your specific department will allow users to see all the cost associated with their jobs.
Again, some companies have many functions associated with field ticket performed by an administrator.
If there was a process by which field supervisors from different project managers or departments submit timesheets into the portal and then a separate administrator or dispatcher is then required to fill out sections of the Field Ticket unavailable to the mobile app for these supervisors, it would be difficult for them to know which jobs they may have worked on. Additional filtering and sorting would facilitate that efficiently.

In addition to allowing the field tickets to be filtered by PM it would also be nice to show a bubble or something informing the PM of how many Field Ticket are awaiting their approval. Similar to Invoices and Expenses.
