We need VEC to email our users when their VEC password is expiring and include the link to reset. https://manage.cloudworkspace.com/forgot-password. This is our help desk #1 ticket right now. We need to get this pass reset workflow streamlined. wasiting too much time requiring end users to contact IT to reset vista cloud password. This needs esclation.
