When you submit from the FM Mobile App, the Portal receives the information. However, when someone Rejects, Unsubmits, Modifiy or Deletes in the Portal, the FM Mobile App does not reflect those changes. There is potential to have one set of information in the Portal and a different set of information in the FM Mobile App for the same Field Ticket #.
This should also allow the FM Mobile App submitter to revise and resubmit the form if necessary.
