We would like to see a more detailed message for this. When someone enters an invoice and chooses a vendor that is inactive, in AP Invoice Entry, it says that the vendor is inactive and the transaction can't be saved. However, if the person goes into AP Vendor and reactivates the vendor, then refreshes the AP Invoice Entry form, the vendor appears and can be saved. The issue is that the Payment Method tab defaults the method always to cash and doesn't overwrite with what the vendor's payment method actually is. It would be great if there was a more detailed message indicating that the person must exit out of AP Invoice Entry, then reactivate the employee, and then start a new invoice. Otherwise, the vendor payment method doesn't get updated.
