Under Update Info - Manage Direct Deposit Accounts, please add option to turn off Direct Deposit. If one opts in there, they should be able to opt out there too. User should not have to fill out a paper form then get it to HR or Payroll.

As indicated in the suggestion, this is referring to the Update Info menu selection (Personal Info).
Would this be for Onboarding or for Personal Info? Technically if you make direct deposit not required in onboarding they don't have to fill it out. Is this so existing employees can opt out of direct deposit?
This long overdue, while we would like to 'force' our employees away from paper checks, state law does not allow us to do that and there is currently no built in functionality to allow for stopping a Direct Deposit to the Primary account.
