As a Manager reviews employee self evaluations and performance reviews, there may come a time where the manager wants to print both. For the employee self review, there is a download button on the dashboard. For the performance review, the manager has to go into the review and click the download button.
Why not have the download button match on the performance review just as it is in the employee self evaluation? Extra credit if there was a button to download both in a combined file.
