Credit Card import - add reason/description for failed imports

Currently, there is no explanation when a credit card import fails. No failure message appears on screen nor in the error logs. This leads to a wild goose chase to figure out why.

    a wild goose chase, or a delay in work while you wait for support to call you and help you figure it out. we shouldn't have to do this every month!
