We like the new functionality to show SM Unavailable Time on the Work Order Dashboard for the techs, but there's no reason to show them completed time off months ago. Just how completed trips fall off of the dashboard, can completed unavailable time not show as well?

Correct! We have our dashboard set to show 45 days in the future/past by default, to make sure our techs aren't losing trips. So any time off in the last 45 days is still showing to them.
When they complete a trip it disappears from the dashboard, regardless of the date filter. I'd like for this unscheduled time to function the same way, so it does only show "open" requests - those from the current day on. I'm not sure why a tech would need to see past unscheduled time on their view.

TJ - when you say completed SM Unavailable time are you refering to time that has already passed? We currently follow the date filters set on the dashboard would it be helpful if we changed it so only the current day and forward show?

I think it need to be removed from the Techs immediately, it creates too much clutter on their side but the office needs to use this for us to see on the dispatch boards. (Remove only from Tech visibility.)
