Under the current framework for recruiters within the portal function, each recruiter can see all activity over the entire company. When a company spans multiple states and recruiting is searching for many positions at multiple levels within the company, all recruiters should not have access to see all positions. Current ability to filter content does narrow the visible list to speed up the search but, does not prevent someone to review the applicant information from being seen. Example, certain offer letters should not be seen by all recruiters and only to those who are associated with the division/area seeking to fill the position.
