Managers can see what training employees have taken but they can't determine which training/skills they are required to take based on their Position Code and what is missing from their training. Manage Training is in Field Tools but Career Path (employee access only) is in HR Management.

This is extremely important for the managers to understand what their employees need and to track how they are progressing not only within their own position title but if they want to advance into a new position. Currently there is no way in any location for a manager to look at a position and see required or requested skills and training and where their employee compares to this.
