Reviews should only be finalized once they are completely finished and need to be pushed to vista to the employee record. For being able to unsubmit / reject the reviews, is this something that you think HR would be able to do and/or the employee's manager?

We absolutely need the ability to reopen a submitted performance review after the employee and manager meet after submitting their reviews. If edits need to happen, they should be able to reopen the performance review for edting and then resubmittion.
Also we think it would be useful to be able to edit a submitted and or finalized review. Either the admin or Manager should be able to “ reject” or “Revise” - and then re-finalize. Sometimes reviews are changed after a face to face meeting with and employee and this would allow more transparency and flexibility in the Performance management process.
