Currently we use grid timecard through HR management for each employee to enter their own time each day, these entries include job, phase, and equipment. Since we need them to have the ability to select JOB, PHASE, and EQUIPMENT our only option is to use the web version which is a huge inconvenience for the employees and the approvers because they are usually utilizing their phones for this. Because this is a website vs. an app its small, congested and extremely difficult to scroll and navigate which is causing a lot of frustration. There should be a simple way of entering and approving their own time through an app rather than the site.
