Would like to see another option to add a notification to an action item workflow after an item is marked finalized that it sends an email to the people listed in the workflow notification as well as the person who submitted the item

I would add to this... reminders for reviewers that have action items that have not been finalized (also optional).
This can be accomplished within the SQL trigger - if you have one setup for Action Items.
This would need to be optional. We are using these for employee performance objectives with over 1,000 employees. We definitely would NOT want this for everything. That said, it would be great for some of the other Action Items we are working on.
