Currently, in order for a job approver to review a field ticket submitted to their job, and all the relevant notes and detail on it, they must do so by downloading it from the field ticket dashboard. It would be much easier and less time consuming for them to be able to download the field ticket directly from the job approval screen when they are approving time.
