EM Equipment is assigned to an EM department, where cost codes and cost types are set up. When you code to an Equipment number in AP (or the Expense portal in Vista Web), the lookup for cost code is not limited to the cost codes set up on the department assigned to that equipment number. This is problematic because it gives the appearance you can code to a place that you cannot, and it creates an error when trying to bring the transaction into the AP batch.
