Please add a way to keep the Field Management Mobile App from creating Field Tickets. This update has had a huge impact in workflow, processing, and auditing payroll!

Hi everyone! We are working on making tickets optional and will roll out the functionality soon!
I would like to say that the change to field tickets has basically rendered this app useless. The amount of time it now takes to verify and approve time is extensive. I understand the work around would be entering through the web browser. Why would we take a step backward. In my opinion Field Time was such a better app and program than what we were forced to go to with Field Management even before this change. This feature needs to be removed or an option.
Since the roll out of the field tickets, anytime and adjustment is required on a timesheet, our payroll staff is forced to take time and re-enter the entire timesheet and instead of having the option to modify the specific entry. This has caused massive head aches since we are a utility subcontractor and if we are mobilized for a storm, especially if it is on short notice we may not have the job setup in Viewpoint. So now we could have 300 linemen entering in time and will use a place holder job number and instead of being able to easily update the job once the appropriate job is created, our payroll staff is forced to re-enter in all of the time for everyone which isn't feasible. The work around provided to us which was to use the grid time entry through a web browser on the mobile device as opposed to the app is not sufficient as it requires more time to enter in the same exact time compared to the app, and since the whole grid view doesn't fit on the screen, the user is forced to continuously scroll back and forth. They also need to enter in a seperate line for each time type as opposed to the app where you can easily enter in regular hours and over time hours seamlessly. While it is possible to use the grid entry through the mobile device browser, it just adds additional complications and variables that will result in errors.
With 300 employees using the mobile app, this update has caused many, many hours of overtime for multiple staff members. A huge impact that we'd like to eliminate. Please create a way to shut this feature off in the mobile app. ASAP!
