Work Completed added through the field service generally posts every 30 minutes. During the time between postings everything is listed as Provisional, it is also listed in Work Order Cost Posting. Everything added in that 30-minute window (multiple WO's) is added to the same batch prior to posting.
If something gets hung up for some reason, it holds up postings for everything in that batch, not just the problematic WO/scope. This makes resolution trickier. I would ask that field service batches coming from the portal be handled in the same way as Vista batches coming from Vista WO - one batch for one WO's set of data at at time.
