Line notes entered in Vista on AP Unapproved Invoices do not come forward to the artist formerly known as Keystyle (the Portal) for invoice approval. That's a total bummer because it means that we have to write notes on our receipts so approvers know what the purchase was for, who it was for, etc. If this information is coming from the same database, it should be a fairly painless update to include that information.
Ideally, the notes would appear on each line in the review screen itself so that you do not have to click any additional buttons to see if there are notes: Set Opt 1 screen shot.
But, it would be acceptable to access them from the pop up window when you click the "History" button - as long as that field works both ways...input via portal syncs to Vista and input from Vista syncs to portal: See Opt 2 screen shot.
