Currently when we add invoices into Vista using the Automatic Invoicing, it is updating the Description of the attachment as "Invoice File:" for all attachments. When using the New Billing Compiler, this is the field that is listed so all attachments have the same pdf name.
It's not possible to distinguish what attachment is what by displaying the attachment Description so we suggest showing the File Name instead since it contains the vendor name and invoice number.
