I am unsure why this would have changed...it worked fine before the update in March and now in order to get an updated total for unapproved timecards we have to count all the cards manually or log out and back into the portal constantly throughout the payroll process to get the numbers to update. I am being told by Trimble support that development stated that this is acting as it should...I am not sure why anyone thought it would be a good idea to change this or what purpose it serves this way but we need it to go back...this is how we can easily determine how many timecards we are still waiting on before we can process.

This is an obvious bug that needs to be fixed - our HR staff should not be expected to log out and back in just to see new approval requests.
