Option for Excused Absences in Training Classes

It would be great if you could have present, absent, or excused as options when finalizing a training class.

I would add to this and say also add an option for if they are required to take a test and Failed that test. If there is a Skill associated with the training andthey failed the required test to pass, they did complete the training but fail the test, the should not get the associated Skill. Ideally, there should then be a way to update that resource if they later pass the test.
