See video attached - One of our customers is using another software and its much faster for our technicians to fill out inspection forms on the fly using QR codes - Please help us keep Field Service competitive!!! I cant even figure out how to use QR codes in vista because there is no real how to section for it!! When I Generate a QR code for linking me to a form I built it doesn't go where it should- if I create one for the serviceable item equipment it takes me to a new serviceable item page. I cannot figure out how this is supposed to work.
