The ability to disable this at the department level would be very helpful. There are cases where there are hourly employees in a department who submit 8 hours of PTO ahead of time and then only need a few hours on that day. Then they can't adjust their timecard because the PTO was approved and then the timecard doesn't allow them to submit because the approved PTO doesn't match.
