When a manager is looking at their dashboard of performance reviews, they click on a button to download the employee's self evaluation. If the manager wanted to bring their evaluation in to a meeting with the employee, there is no button in the same location for the manager's evaluation. Instead, you have to click on the managers eval then there is a download button on the next page. Why waste a click, give the manager the ability to download evals from themselves and their employees on one screen.
