As customers are guided more to the HR Portal for use it becomes more apparent that when the company is trying to reach an employee, there are times where they need to be notified on their personal devices (password resets, benefits, open enrollment) and their work devices (routing AP invoices, time off approvals, or performance reviews). Viewpoint must have personal email, personal cell, work email, work cell. Then the portal must have settings in place to allow you to choose which field is used for notifications or routing.
