When initializing to Vista, most of the employee information is carried over to the HR Resource Master, but not all. Having to manually enter information in the HR Resource Master that has already been completed in the Employee Portal is repetitive and it defeats the purpose of having an automatic new hire process.Unless I'm missing something, the following fields do not initialize to Vista:

The Federal and SC do not transfer over to the Filing Status Section in Vista
These are needed enhancement in the on-boarding process, asking remote field employees to log back in after completion of on-boarding and initialization just to complete a Emergency Contact setup is not logical when you already have the capability to update it through the portal and just need to add that option to the on-boarding setup.
In addition to the requested fields the ability to enable additional fields in the personal info section, including custom fields seems like 'quick win' for you guys since the capability is already set up for the regular Personal Info Updates.
Physical address, city, state, zip is another sorely needed field for setup of new employees.

We reviewed this item and came up with a few questions. HR Management currently initializes to HR Management. In HR Management, we can add the Local Code and ACA Employment Status. Regarding the Info Tab Employment status, we are unsure which field you are referencing. For the Overtime code, this isn't an option in HR.
The State forms are on our roadmap and are a planned development item. If you need them today, you can create a form and technical services can help transfer the data automatically to Vista. For the contacts tab, the employee can fill this out when they are initialized.
Can you provide clarify on the fields mentioned above?
