We were using paper timecards, in a grid type format.  The guys in the field are trying to set up  their electronic timecard to be similar to these,  they do not like to have to search through and add different phases as they go, they like to have all the hours and phases there and just clone, edit the hours and submit that way.    This works very well for the guys once the timecard is set up but setting up the timecard is very cumbersome and once it’s set up for one guy (Usually it would be the supervisor) there is not ability to copy/duplicate/clone that entire timecard to another person’s login.  What I think may work would be a copy all function?    This is the way we would need it to work-

 Example-

Dave (the job supervisor) sets up the codes he wants on his timecard his first week there.    He puts zeros in the lines that he doesn’t use and plans to copy and clone.   Then, when he gets a full crew (he may have a full crew his first week too), he is able to take his timecard and copy all the phases he has set up to another employee, let’s say Ross.  Ross logs in (through his  individual log in, not Dave’s) and all the codes are shown on his grid timecard (but he does not see Dave’s entries too, as I saw with some testing I did), without him having to input anywhere from 25-50 codes
