Why do I have to create a suggestion manually to address an issue that is already documented extensively in a case? There should be an easy way to turn case documentation into a suggestion.

After going through the extensive process of documenting an issue with the program as a case and being told that the pain point is "expected behaviour" and please " create a suggestion", it would be nice to have the option of initiating a suggesting with the issue already fully documented rather than starting from scratch.
