Exempt on the W4 was not an option & now it shows up. I would like the exempt button to be an option for the employer to included in the onboarding process. I have employees trying to claim exempt when they make more than the taxable thresholds. This should be the company's choice to show or not. Please give us the option to choose.

the second issue with this is that when an employee decides to select exempt then no federal tax deduction is being created. When PR is calculated these employees pop up as an error and you have to create the federal tax deduction in order to proceed.
