Should not have to unsubmit this way: In the Timecard Entry page- Choose the Employee that they want to Unsubmit from in the Employee Dropdown at the top, to select themselves then Unsubmit. If not any users on that shared template will be unsubmitted. It should not be allowed to choose Actions> Unsubmit, and it Unsubmit all users on that shared template. Unsubmit should only unsubmit for only those that are on that Timecard Entry page, only that User.
