This request is for the Employee Portal to have the current 'Employee is locked' email notification to allow 'dynamic fields', so we can add the employee name or number to the body of the email.
Currently when an employee gets locked out of the portal when trying to login, a notification email is sent to notify of this, however, the only way to know who the employee is is by looking at the To: email address in the email distribution. There is no other identification in the email body and sometimes the email address doesn't provide enough information to know who to unlock.

At least the employee name. I do not know that I would want the employee number. I ask for the employee number as a test question I use to verify they are who they say they are. But I have to look up the email each time to find the name associated with it. At least provide the employee name in the email notification.
