When a change order is issued with units of measure that don't tie to the Estimate tab on the phases, it causes incorrect information. These units are excluded from the input screen for progress entry. This means, there are senarios where entires for estimated units don't display under any phase. This seems like an issue on the reporting side of HFF. It would be great to get this query updated. The details are under case #31428971.
