On the excel template for uploading credit card transactions there is a column for transaction date and this date is not being used as the invoice date when the transaction is pushed over into AP Transaction Entry. Instead the invoice date defaults to the date the invoice was pushed over from Portal to Vista. We suggest using the transaction date from the excel upload.
