Currently Bulletin Admins have rights to Document Management as well as Report management. However the definition of Bulleting Admin does not even talk about reporting. This poses a problem when that role ignores all security for reports. So sensitive Payroll reports are available to anyone with the ability to manage documents. This should not be grouped together, if reporting is to be done in the Portal. This is a major issue for us and I am sure many others.
