I used to have a SQL statement that I could use to log in as another user to troubleshoot as well as test functionality. An update towards the end of 2022 got rid of this functionality. This was very handy and eliminated a lot of unnecessary back and forth for our end users.

Support has a revised SQL script that allows the proxy login. They should be able to provide it to you. I first noticed this in Spring of 2022 (Version 1.22.2) and the support tech on one of my cases fixed the script and provided it to me. I just checked and it still works assuming the user has logged in within the past day as they now archive the auth tokens. The script version I had was supposed to insert in the archived record, but that part hasn't worked correctly.
