We would like to be able to have all approved time off that has been entered through the portal or through VP to automatically be added to the dispatch board as technician unavailable time.
Currently, dispatchers are required to be in constant communication with either the supervisor of the technician or the technician themselves to add these times off to their calendar manually.
Having this feature will eliminate the possibility of scheduling a technician when time off has already been approved.
