We are able to add events OTHER than work order to the dispatch board but this does not convey to the work orders in the portal or the dispatch board in the portal such as training and if they are to be somewhere other than a Work order. It would be good to have them on there so the tech knows where they are going with the office and the ability to click the timecard to input their time via standard timecard versus moving out of the work order dashboard and notes.
