We utilize Shared Templates for field foreman because we have field staff that work on multiple jobs each week. The foreman have access to all field staff to ensure their time is entered completely and correctly. We turned off cloning because foreman would use the "Clone Entire Timecard" feature and wipe out any other foreman's time entered for that week. Would be great to have options to turn on/off different cloning features instead of an all encompassing on or off.
