Our project accountants do not know when a billing has been rejected by a project manager. The rest of the approval process has fields in Vista that all for a Workflow notifier, but there is nothing indicating a billing has been rejected, this leads to billings not getting sent out in a timely manner.

Ideally we would like it to go back to the project account (the person that sent the billing for review), but if that is too difficult, if when rejecting a billing, the project manager needed to select the biller from the list and it sends them an email, that would work as well.
