We currently have a form for 'Recommended Repairs' that our techs fill out on trips. These forms need to be emailed to the contact we have listed in Vista SM Site and Customer Salesperson which are custom fields. In the workflow of the form we need to be able to put in the custom field and have it route to the individual listed just as it does for the setting 'User Group to Route To'.
