I have a feature request for the portal. I'd love to see a field on the invoice approval screen that shows the last code used. I don't always remember the odd ones like the TV service for the shops. It wouldn't be in the coding field because that could lead to mistakes, but more like a reference or historical report. I'm always asking someone to look up codes for me. If that info is there, then I need training!
In the EDIT/Coding screen there are tabs at the bottom for Retainage and Tax. Can we add a tab for history and show the last couple GL codes used for this verdor?
We code certain vendors to the same GL all the time. But our users forget which GL to use and take time looking up the last GL. Displaying the last GL used in this tab would help save a lot of time.
