When we are Onboarding a large number of new hires in a single recruitment office we tend to work through the paperwork for the new hire with them, so the step of reviewing the paperwork prior to initialization is nearly complete. When this is the case being able to batch initialize a group of new hires into Vista would be a great efficiency pickup. Having to initialize them new hires one by one does tend to slow down the process when volume is high.
