During some recent testing, it was discovered the portal is not validating a JC Jobs Role when submitting the PO through the PO Workflow. For example, our company uses the Active checkbox to inactivate a Role when the named User is out of the office and unable to approve workflow. Currently, Vista PO Pending Purchase Orders and PM Purchase Orders validates the inactive role and does not include it when the PO is submitted for approval. The portal does not validate the active checkbox and continues to include the inactive Role in the workflow submission, sending a notification to the inactive Role's email. Vista and the Portal should behave in the same manner. Refer to Case 31422608 for detailed notes and screenshots.
