It would be great to have the ability to add custom header text to the Expenses Page. This could be used for company specific instructions and creating a link to a checklist for a missing receipts form.

Our company requires receipts for expenses, however, we realize that occasionally people have a lost receipt so it would be nice to have a link to a lost receipt form so we can keep the attachment required turned on to discourage people from not attaching their receipts.
