If you have many moving parts as far as approval permissions, for expenses, timecards, performance reviews, time off requests, etc, you have too many lines to search through. To be able to categorize them by the type of approval permission would make things much more organized. Not only when filtering permissions, but giving permissions to existing users and groups as well.
