It would benefit training administrators if the system developed a digital training card. I create the card outside the system and then file upload it. It's time-consuming. I'm attaching an example for you to view. It could work similarly to the ATS email template, where you can include information regarding the applicant. Still, this area would read from the employee's name for training and Vista since it knows when the training will expire based on the parameters in Vista training codes.
